Summary. The The study examines the preparation of coaches-teachers in children's sports educational institutions for using the Microsoft TEAMS digital platform as a tool to enhance the efficiency of the educational process.
An analysis of theoretical approaches to the implementation of digital technologies in education and the professional development of teaching staff has been conducted. The capabilities of the TEAMS platform have been highlighted in the context of distance learning, organizing interaction between teachers and students in sports sections, and effective management of the educational process.
Special attention has been paid to ensuring the platform’s cybersecurity through the integration of artificial intelligence algorithms that automate threat detection and blocking, ensuring the protection of personal data.
Criteria and indicators for assessing the effectiveness of digital tools in improving the professional development of coaches-teachers have been considered.
The results of an experimental evaluation of the impact of the TEAMS platform on the efficiency of the educational and training process in children's sports educational institutions have been summarized.
It has been concluded that the implementation of TEAMS creates conditions for interactive learning, the systematization of educational materials, prompt feedback, and the improvement of organizational aspects of the educational process.
Practical recommendations for integrating Microsoft TEAMS into the professional activities of coaches-teachers have been proposed, including the development of training programs with an emphasis on digital culture and cybersecurity.
Further research is recommended to enhance innovative technologies in the preparation of teaching staff.
