SOCIO-CULTURAL ACTIVITIES IN THE TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN OUT-OF-SCHOOL EDUCATION

Summary. Introduction. The article addresses the growing need for out-of-school education specialists capable of effectively organizing sociocultural activities in communities. The importance of socio-cultural competences in the context of expanding the functions of out-of-school education institutions is emphasized.
Purpose. The study aims to identify essential elements of training for future out-of-school education specialists to successfully engage in sociocultural activities.
Methods. The research employs a literature review of scientific articles, textbooks, and manuals published in the last 10 years. The methodology includes analysis, synthesis, and comparative methods, with a thematic analysis to identify key concepts in the collected data.
Results. The study reveals that effective training of out-of-school education specialists for sociocultural activities should include: theoretical foundations covering the history, components, and modern technologies of sociocultural activities; practical experience in organizing various events, from concerts to discussion clubs and masterclasses; digital competence development for modern forms of leisure; integration of elements of folklore and national art; development of communication skills through free-topic conversations and interactive activities; inclusion of game activities for socialization and recreation; organization of creative workshops based on students' interests; focus on inclusivity and work with people with special needs; implementation of integrated courses on public speaking, acting, and directing.
Originality. The research proposes innovative approaches to training out-of-school education specialists, including the use of interactive creative breaks, partnership lectures with teachers from other specialties, and the integration of sociocultural activities into the educational process.
Conclusion. The study concludes that a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical implementation of projects, participation in clubs and creative associations is crucial in forming students' competencies. It suggests further research on the effectiveness of various forms of training out-of-school education specialists for organizing sociocultural activities in the community.
