Abstract

Summary. The experience of implementing interdisciplinary programs in higher education institutions of Ukraine is analyzed.

The methodological basis of their development is defined and substantiated, consisting of approaches: systemic (presupposes the creation of an interdisciplinary educational program as a harmonious and integral multi-component system with an open structure, system-forming connections, capable of constant improvement), synergistic (considers the personality of the future business trainer, capable to the professional solution of current problems and tasks in the field of business education and economics, to high-quality training activities, self-evaluation and continuous self-improvement), competence-based (provides the opportunity to integrate general and professional competencies specified in the relevant educational standards into the competencies of the developed program), contextual (contributes to the interpretation of the professional training of masters in the context of their future professional activity), subject (enables the treatment of education seekers as subjects of the educational process), personal development (provides the development of professionally significant qualities of future specialists) and environmental (contributes to the design of innovative educational environment for quality implementation of the educational and scientific program).

The application of the design-thinking toolkit to the development of an educational-scientific training program for applicants at the second (master's) level of higher education "Business Education and Training" is proposed, which makes it possible to maximally take into account its time-consuming, synergistic and reflexive nature, and also assumes a human-oriented design of education and teaching. Features of the development of this program are indicated.
