ON THE ROLE OF THE INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT IN THE PREPARATION OF FUTURE OFFICERS FOR JOBS IN THE CONDITIONS OF MIXED TRAINING

The information environment of НМIs, on the one hand, should contribute to the development of global competencies of cadets, necessary for life in the digital world, and on the other hand, to form relevant professional knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to repel Russian aggression and preserve the territorial integrity and independence of our state. The digital transformation of military education is a systematic and synergistic update of the necessary educational results, the content of education, organizational forms, methods and educational work and the evaluation of its results in a digital educational environment, through which the educational process is provided with digital educational and methodological materials, tools and services. It is emphasized that an important element of the functioning of the information environment for the preparation of future officers for classes in the conditions of mixed training is the provision of information security of all participants in educational relations. For that reason, higher education institutions should develop regulatory and legal local acts that ensure the fulfillment of the conditions for the safe functioning of the informational educational environment.
It was revealed that the role of the information environment for preparing future officers for classes in the conditions of mixed training is to effectively and flexibly apply the latest technologies. Within the framework of higher military education, the information environment for preparing future officers for classes in the conditions of mixed training is based on the principles of digital transformation of education. After all, it integrates the principles within which a fundamental rethinking of the educational activities of cadets takes place, based on the unique possibilities of digital technologies.
It is concluded that the information environment for training future officers should become the basis on which a system of means of providing the model of mixed training is created. The systematization of models of mixed educational classes should be characterized by simplicity, accessibility, and comprehensibility in order to organize operational corrective activities that may be necessary in the learning process (updating content, varying functions, etc.). It should be noted that the implementation of the mixed learning model and "immersion" in the information environment of training future officers, aimed at forming the professional competence of cadets, are inextricably linked with modern formats of educational resources. Realization of the exceptional possibilities of blended learning is inextricably correlated with the digitalization of education and the use of technical, educational and methodological resources of the information environment of НМIs. Which acts as a platform for the implementation of classes in the conditions of mixed learning, because it integrates various digital solutions for the organization of monitoring the results of the educational activities of cadets, the systematization of electronic educational and methodical materials, and the organization of web interactions of various nature.
