Abstract

Summary. Problem. The training of competitive, creative, and professionally mobile specialists requires the creation of an effective educational environment within higher education institutions capable of ensuring the development of professional competencies, creative individuality, and students’ readiness for professional activity. At the same time, the issue of the influence of the educational environment on the professional training of future choreographers remains insufficiently explored.

Purpose. To theoretically substantiate the influence of the educational environment of a higher education institution on the professional development of future choreographers and to identify the main components of the educational environment that ensure the formation of professional competencies, creative individuality, and readiness for professional activity.

Research methods. Analysis, generalization, and systematization of scientific literature on the issues of professional training of future choreographers, educational environment, and professional development of students in arts education; comparison and interpretation of scientific approaches to the structure and functions of the educational environment within the system of choreographic education.

Main research results. The essence of the educational environment as an important factor in the professional training of future choreographers has been clarified. It has been determined that the effectiveness of students’ professional development is ensured through the interaction of material and technical, social, educational and methodological, cultural and creative, and digital components of the educational environment. It has been proven that a well-organized educational environment promotes the integration of theoretical, practical, and creative training, as well as the development of performance skills, artistic thinking, professional motivation, creative activity, and reflection of future choreographers.

Scientific novelty of the research results. The scientific novelty lies in clarifying the essence and structure of the educational environment of higher education institutions in the context of the professional training of future choreographers; substantiating the relationship between the components of the educational environment and the professional development of choreography students; and identifying the leading pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of professional competencies and creative individuality of future specialists.

Conclusions and specific proposals of the author. It has been established that the educational environment of a higher education institution is an important pedagogical factor in the professional and creative development of future choreographers. Its integrity, practice-oriented nature, creative focus, and the use of modern digital technologies ensure the effectiveness of students’ professional training. It is advisable to improve the material and technical support of choreographic education, actively implement innovative and improvisational teaching methods, expand opportunities for creative practice, and increase the use of digital resources in the professional training of future choreographers.
