FEATURES OF THE USE OF MOVING GAMES AS A MEANS AND METHOD OF DEVELOPING PHYSICAL QUALITIES IN THE PROGRAM MATERIAL OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION LESSONS IN THE MODULES "ATHLETICS", "SPORTS GAMES", "GYMNASTIC"

The problem of the research consists in choosing and justifying the pedagogical expediency of mobile games to the content modules of the physical education lesson in the senior classes of the school in order to increase the emotionality of the lesson and level the consequences of the lack of motor activity.
The purpose of the study: to select mobile games for the content modules of physical education lessons in grades 10-11, to substantiate their pedagogical feasibility, to provide methodological recommendations for their implementation in class.
Research methods: analysis of scientific and methodical sources; content analysis of the working documentation of physical education teachers, surveys of teachers and students of senior classes; surveying high school students to determine the rating of the physical education lesson; methods of mathematical statistics.
The main results of the study. It was found that: the physical education lesson has the highest rating in the junior school and has a steady downward trend in the senior classes. 87% of 11th grade students put the physical education lesson below the 7th place in the list of school subjects. Among the reasons, the teachers named the following: the priority of specialized subjects (100% of respondents); psychological discomfort in class due to different levels of physical fitness (50%); monotonous content and nature of lessons (37.5% of teachers). 100% of teachers called mobile games a means of increasing the emotionality of lessons.
The scientific novelty of the research results: data were obtained that supplement modern statistics on the popularity of the physical education lesson among 11th-grade students. It was found that it is the most favorite subject of 7.4% of students. 24% of students put him in the last place in the rating. 23% of students consider it of little importance for further social success.
Conclusions and specific proposals. In grades 10–11, the content of physical education lessons is mostly aimed at the development of physical qualities and is mainly of a training nature. In order to solve the pedagogical tasks of the lesson and simultaneously increase its emotionality and motivation of students to motor activity, we proposed a classification of moving games for each content module: «Athletics», «Sports games», «Gymnastics». The games are presented in tables, which are accompanied by information on the direction of the game on the development of physical qualities.
