Abstract

Summary. Introduction. This article is a continuation of research into the development of the competences of future mathematics teachers, with an emphasis on the individualization of their education as one of the priority areas for the modernization of contemporary education.

The relevance of the topic is emphasized by changes in the qualification requirements for teachers, which provide for the ability to understand the importance of mathematical knowledge in human activity in the context of social and professional self-determination, compliance with the requirements of the modern labor market, which makes it possible to create the most optimal conditions for their professional development and further self-realization in the information society.

Purpose. The aim of the article is to identify effective ways to individualize instruction as a means of developing the research competence of future mathematics teachers.

Methods. It is emphasized that for the development of research competence of a future mathematics teacher, it is important to realize its role in the intellectual, social and moral development of the individual, in understanding the principles of constructing and using new information technologies in the perception of scientific and technical ideas, the formation of a scientific picture of the world and a modern worldview of graduates of general educational institutions.

Results. A review of scientific sources on approaches to defining the research competence of future mathematics teachers as an integrative quality that rationally combines knowledge, skills, abilities and personal qualities necessary for conducting research activities in the professional field was conducted.

Originality. In the context of the latter, the fact that individualization of learning as a means of developing the research competence of future mathematics teachers in the process of master's training is largely ensured by the development of subject-activity structural components is of particular importance in the field of organizing educational activities and their motivation, providing an appropriate information base, developing an activity program, and making pedagogical decisions.

Conclusion. The conducted research allows us to assert that the effectiveness of individualized learning methods lies in maximizing the potential of each student by adapting the content, pace, and methods to their unique abilities, interests and needs, increases his motivation, independence and quality of knowledge acquisition, prepares for successful implementation in the context of innovative activities of the future mathematics teacher.
