Abstract

Summary. The study analyzes contemporary theoretical and methodological approaches to the acmeological paradigm as a foundational framework for the professional development of future educational leaders, clarifying its essential characteristics and revealing its potential for the systematic enhancement of leadership competencies. Key acmeological factors determining the formation of leadership qualities during the professional training of higher education students are identified, including motivational and value orientations, reflexivity, self-organization, and readiness for continuous personal and professional growth.

The structural components of leadership competencies essential for effective management of educational environments are defined, encompassing cognitive-analytical, communicative-organizational, emotional-volitional, and value-semantic domains. Pedagogical and organizational conditions optimizing the development of leadership potential at the stage of professional formation are examined, emphasizing the creation of interactive and activity-oriented educational settings.

The strategic significance of implementing acmeologically-oriented technologies in the training of educational leaders is substantiated, as their application enhances the effectiveness of educational practice, fosters reflexive competence, supports self-regulation, and ensures sustained professional growth. The study explores opportunities for integrating innovative activity-based practices into the development of leadership competencies and conducts a comparative analysis of contemporary scientific and pedagogical approaches to leadership development.

Prospective directions for the professional preparation of future educational leaders within the acmeological paradigm are outlined, particularly highlighting the importance of cultivating an educational environment that promotes learner agency, reflexivity, and autonomy. The findings demonstrate that the systematic application of the acmeological approach ensures holistic development of the professional and personal potential of future educational leaders, enhancing their readiness to manage contemporary educational institutions effectively and respond to the challenges of a dynamic educational context.
