Abstract

Military training is an important element of society today. The armed conflict in Ukraine shows that the civilian population is not sufficiently prepared to adequately respond to danger. In educational institutions, one can usually find instructions or recommendations related, in particular, to fire hazards or compliance with labor protection rules. But in modern armed conflicts, it is worth conducting information campaigns in many areas, such as, for example, notification, preparation of an evacuation backpack, rules for using shelters.

It is known that it is impossible to teach the entire society the rules of behavior in situations of threat in a short time. However, elements of responding to danger can be gradually introduced into the programs of educational institutions.

The purpose of the article is to make readers aware of the feasibility of conducting military exercises among the civilian population not only in Poland, but also in other European countries.

The subject of the article is to highlight the role of military training in the process of creating security conditions
