Abstract

Summary. The article presents the results of an experimental verification of the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions for forming the ability of future officers of the National Guard of Ukraine to apply electronic warfare (EW) means. The need to ensure high readiness of officers for actions in the conditions of modern hybrid warfare has been substantiated. The developed system of organizational and pedagogical conditions includes personnel, educational-methodological, informational, and material-technical components that ensure the integrity of the training process.

Methods. The study employed a pedagogical experiment with the participation of control and experimental groups. Diagnostic tools included testing, situational tasks, simulation-based exercises, and statistical processing of empirical data using Pearson’s χ²-test. At the ascertaining stage, the homogeneity of the groups was confirmed, providing reliability for the comparative analysis.

Results. The formative stage of the experiment showed a significant increase in the level of formation of cognitive, practical, value-motivational, and analytical-reflective components of the ability to apply EW means among cadets of the experimental groups. Statistically significant differences between the control and experimental groups (p ≤ 0.05) confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical system. The obtained results demonstrate the potential of the developed model for improving the professional readiness of future officers to conduct EW operations.

Originality. The scientific novelty lies in the empirical confirmation of the correlation between the implementation of a system of organizational and pedagogical conditions and the growth of the ability of future officers to apply EW means. The practical significance consists in the possibility of integrating the results into educational programs, methodological support, and simulation training environments of higher military educational institutions.
