Summary. Problem. Modern requirements for the training of coaches-teachers in the field of physical culture and sports necessitate the continuous adaptation of their knowledge and skills to innovative educational technologies. However, in practice, there is a significant lack of both methodological and institutional support for developing such advanced training programs that align with contemporary educational standards. The issue of integrating innovative approaches into the training of coaches to ensure an effective educational process and the development of professional competence remains pressing.
Purpose. The aim of this article is to develop and substantiate a structural model for the professional training of coaches-teachers utilizing innovative educational technologies, which will enable the effective integration of theoretical knowledge with practical skills in their professional activities.
Research Methods. The study employed methods of scientific literature analysis, information synthesis, and comparative analysis of domestic and international experiences in the implementation of innovative educational technologies in the professional training of coaches. Additionally, surveys and statistical analysis were conducted to determine the effectiveness of advanced training programs.
Main Research Results. A structural model of professional training for coaches-teachers has been developed, based on a systems approach and comprising four key blocks: goal-oriented, methodological, content-technological, and outcome-based. Innovative educational technologies, such as sports simulations, video analysis of training processes, and the use of digital tools for monitoring and analyzing sports metrics, proved effective in developing the professional skills of coaches. Statistical data confirm an increase in the competence level of coaches after completing programs that incorporate these innovative methods.
Scientific Novelty of the Research Results. The proposed model for the professional training of coaches-teachers integrates innovative educational technologies into the educational process, ensuring improved quality of professional training and flexible adaptation to the requirements of modern sports education. The scientific novelty lies in the systematization of methods and technologies aimed at developing adaptability, critical thinking, and communication skills in coaches.
Conclusion and Specific Recommendations of the Author. The proposed model for training coaches-teachers ensures effective integration of innovative technologies into the learning process, promoting the development of their professional competence. The author recommends further exploration of specific technologies that impact the development of coaching skills, as well as the creation of support programs for the effective implementation of innovative methods in the training of coaches-teachers.
