Summary. The article addresses the issue of partnership and cooperation between schools, authorities, and the community with the aim of creating an innovative information and educational environment in primary schools. The emphasis is placed on the importance of uniting the efforts of various social institutions to ensure such an environment.
It is established that the partnership between schools, authorities, and the community contributes to the modernization of the educational process, the implementation of the latest digital technologies, and the development of educational programs that meet the challenges of the 21st century.
The study also examines the main areas of cooperation between schools, authorities, and the community, including cultural and educational, informational, career guidance, physical and health-related, environmental, socio-civic, and innovative-digital areas. Key conditions for effective partnership in creating an innovative information and educational environment in primary schools are highlighted: transparency, equality, a systematic approach, resource integration, continuous dialogue, and others.
It is determined that the model of community-based schools is one of the optimal approaches for effective collaboration with the community and authorities.
