Abstract

Summary. The article analyzes concepts and terms that are components of organizational and pedagogical conditions. The introduction of organizational and pedagogical conditions in the context of the training of specialists in the tourism industry for the organization of youth tourism is considered. Structural terms were considered through the prism of philosophical, pedagogical and psychological views.

It was determined that "condition" is an optimal environment, circumstances, surroundings, situations of real reality, which are interconnected by logical connections, influences and on which the flow of the process and the availability of the result depend. The concept of "organization" is defined as internal orderliness, coherence of interactions of parts of the whole; a set of processes or actions that lead to the formation and improvement of relationships between parts of the whole; association of people who jointly implement a certain program or goal.

It has been proven that "pedagogical conditions" is a complex and multidimensional concept that acts as a regular educational process. These are the circumstances on which the integrity of the pedagogical process depends and on the basis of which the professional training of specialists takes place. This is an organizational process of achieving a planned result.

The interpretations of definitions and concepts were analyzed and we conclude that the organizational and pedagogical conditions relate to the organizational function of managing the pedagogical process. The systematized process activates the pedagogical component of the conditions, which promotes the interaction of the subjects of the pedagogical process, creating personally significant opportunities for each student, the development of personal qualities of the future specialist. It was established that within the scope of our research, the organizational and pedagogical conditions agree with the structure of professional training of future specialists in the tourism industry for the organization of youth tourism created by us, focusing on important circumstances and certain rules necessary to achieve results in professional activity.
