THE MODEL OF THE FUTURE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION SPECIALIST (JOB PROTECTION, TRANSPORT) IN THE CONDITIONS OF INTERNATIONALIZATION

Summary. The scientific article analyzes the concept of forming a model of a future specialist in the field of professional education with an emphasis on occupational safety and transport in the context of globalization and internationalization. Particular attention is paid to the identification of key competencies necessary for a modern specialist for effective adaptation and a successful career in an international environment. The needs of the labor market in the conditions of globalization and how these needs affect the formation of a professional educational program are revealed. Strategies for integration of intercultural competence and knowledge about international standards of labor protection and transport were also discussed.
The article states that modern specialists need to have knowledge of the latest technologies in the field of labor protection and transport, as well as the ability to work in various cultural environments and take into account the principles of sustainable development. In particular, the possibilities of providing specialists with the necessary skills and knowledge that will allow them to effectively interact in various international team environments are considered.
It is determined that the conditions of rapid industrial development require specialists to be ready for constant self-improvement, training and adaptation to new challenges, which in turn involves active participation in professional conferences, seminars, webinars and other forms of training.
The purpose of the article is to develop effective approaches to the training and development of specialists who will be ready to meet the challenges of the modern international labor market and work successfully in the conditions of globalization and internationalization. It was concluded that educational institutions and organizations should focus their efforts on the development and implementation of international exchange programs and cooperation with foreign partners to provide students and specialists with the necessary experience and competen-cies
