Abstract

Summary. The Moodle platform possibilities in the process of formation professionally oriented foreign language competence of students are studied. The potential of Moodle digital resources as a tool for modernizing foreign language training and increasing the learning effectiveness is analyzed. The didactic possibilities of the platform and its impact on the language and professional competencies formation are considered.

The key components that contribute to the successful teaching of foreign languages for a professional orientation on the Moodle platform are identified. In particular, the most effective methodological approaches inherent in the electronic learning space are outlined. The advantages of interactive tools that increase motivation and learning effectiveness are determined. Attention is paid to factors that affect student motivation. It is explained how the Moodle functionality increases the level of independence and responsibility in the mastering educational material.

The purpose of the study. To analyze the potential and practical capabilities of the Moodle platform digital tools in the process of teaching students studying a foreign language for professional purposes. Тo determine their role in the formation of professional foreign language competence, increasing the motivation of education seekers and optimizing the organization of the modern educational process. To outline the advantages and pedagogical conditions for the effective use of Moodle in professionally oriented language learning.

Methods. The study applied methods of analysis, generalization, and scientific literature systematization on the formation of professionally oriented foreign language competence of students, which made it possible to outline key approaches to the use of digital technologies in language training in Moodle.

The results. It has been shown that interactive resources and Moodle modules have a positive effect on deeper assimilation of lexical and grammatical material during professionally oriented foreign language teaching. The use of the Moodle platform significantly increases the efficiency of learning and ensures better theoretical and practical knowledge mastery.

Conclusions. Moodle is a powerful tool in the process of professionally oriented language learning. Its capabilities make learning more accessible, flexible and practice-oriented, which contributes to the formation of students modern professional competencies.
