Summary. The article analyzes modern approaches to the development of physical qualities of cadets in the security sector, particularly in the context of professional training and the requirements for physical endurance, strength, speed, and coordination. It has been established that the effectiveness of physical training depends on the systematic organization of the training process, individualization of workloads, and the use of comprehensive methods combining general and specialized physical preparation.
Key factors in the development of physical qualities have been identified, including cadets’ motivational readiness, psychological resilience, and self-control under intensive loads. Leading methodological approaches to the development of strength, endurance, and speed-coordination components have been highlighted, based on an analysis of recent scientific research. The necessity of integrating modern training technologies, electronic monitoring tools, and physical fitness testing has been substantiated. The impact of various forms of physical activity on injury prevention and the enhancement of cadets’ performance has been studied. The results of training programs from different educational institutions have been compared, and general patterns in the development of physical qualities have been determined.
Proposals for optimizing physical training planning have been developed, and the structure of training sessions has been designed considering the individual characteristics of cadets.
Methodological recommendations for practical implementation in the preparation of security personnel have been proposed. Modern scientific approaches and methods have been summarized, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive approach to the development of cadets’ physical qualities in the security sector. The implementation of integrated physical training programs combining theoretical preparation, practical skills, and psychological resilience has been recommended. It is concluded that the effective development of cadets’ physical qualities requires a systematic, scientifically grounded approach that ensures readiness to perform official duties under complex operational conditions.
