Summary. The article highlights the substantive essence of the concept of "personal mobility," including its components, criteria, indicators, and levels of formation among higher education students. The study analyzes the main approaches to the formation of personal mobility and identifies key factors that contribute to its development and to the adaptation of higher education seekers to educational and physical culture activities. Furthermore, the research distinguishes the most effective methods, structure, and conditions for students' adaptation to educational and physical culture activities. It investigates the specifics of integrating various approaches and methods for forming students' personal mobility. The effectiveness of traditional versus modern methodological approaches in shaping students' personal mobility is compared.
The authors developed recommendations for the formation of students' personal mobility and generalized practical experience in applying methodological knowledge to the formation of personal mobility and adaptation of higher education seekers in educational and physical culture activities. Levels of personal mobility formation are proposed as a functional system that determines students' adaptive capabilities for educational and physical culture activities. It is recommended to conduct further research to improve innovative technologies and approaches for forming personal mobility among higher education students.
In conclusion, it is summarized that the implementation of new approaches and conditions contributes significantly to the formation of students' personal mobility.
