Abstract

Summary. The purpose of the study is to define the concept of “personal mobility” in the light of ideas about arbitrary management of human behavior and activity. The concepts of “coordination”, “agility”, “arbitrary management”, “personal mobility” are very close in meaning, but the concept of “personal mobility“ is more broadly and more precisely reflects a person's ability to conscious, deliberate motor activity.
The components and functional structure of “personal mobility“, in the light of ideas about arbitrary management of human behavior and activity, are analyzed. It is this concept that we consider the most appropriate, which is more clear and acceptable to describe the nature and essence of managing motor activity.
Consciousness and deliberateness are considered to be the main features of arbitrary activity, that is, which is performed and regulated by the person's own decision. It is established that personal mobility reflects the readiness for active action in any situation and is the most important for many types of professional activity and socially active behavior. The main components of personal mobility are distinguished. The specifics of integration of approaches and methods of formation of personal mobility of students have been studied. The relatively effectiveness of traditional and latest methodological approaches in the formation of personal mobility of students of all ages in the process of educational and physical activity. Recommendations have been developed on the formation of students' personal mobility.
The practical experience of applying methodological knowledge of formation of personal mobility of students of a comprehensive school in educational and physical activity is generalized. The components of personal mobility are proposed, which is a functional system. Further re-search is recommended for improving innovative technologies and approaches to the formation of personal mobility of students of a comprehensive school.
It is summarized that the introduction of new approaches and conditions contributes to the formation of students' personal mobility as an arbitrary management of human behavior and activity.
