MODERN APPROACHES TO THE FORMATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL CULTURE OF QUALIFIED WORKERS IN THE VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION SYSTEM

Abstract

Summary. The article examines modern approaches to the formation of professional culture of skilled workers in the system of vocational education and training (VET). The importance of this process in the context of the challenges of the modern labor market, which requires not only technical knowledge and practical skills, but also high moral and ethical standards, social competencies, teamwork, the ability to adapt to change and implement innovative solutions, is emphasized.

The multifaceted structure of professional culture, which includes professional knowledge, ethical norms, social competencies, environmental awareness, leadership qualities and the ability to self-development, is investigated. The key aspects of modern educational approaches are highlighted, including the introduction of innovative technologies, the development of practical skills in real production conditions, and partnerships between educational institutions and employers. The need to constantly update educational programs in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and technological progress is emphasized.

Particular attention is paid to the introduction of a competency-based approach that emphasizes the integration of students' educational, practical and creative activities. A personality-oriented approach that takes into account the individual needs, characteristics and potential of each student, contributing to their professional self-realization, is considered separately.
