Abstract

Summary. Introduction. The relevance of the study is due to one of the main and priority tasks of today: professional training of highly qualified personnel for the pharmaceutical sector of Ukraine.

Problem. Attention is drawn to the existing experience of reforming the higher education system of Ukraine, which is based on the interaction of education and production and contributes to the transformation of the educational process into an educational-production one.

The purpose of the article: based on the analysis of key challenges facing pharmaceutical enterprises in Ukraine, to analyze the impact of the methodological potential of industrial pharmaceutical production on the formation of a professional worldview in future specialists in industrial pharmacy as the basis for professional training.

Conclusions and specific proposals of the author. The scientific novelty of the work lies in an attempt to study the modern methodological potential of pharmaceutical production, achievements and challenges of Ukrainian higher education in professional training. The methodological potential of industrial pharmaceutical production should become an integral part of professional training and a guarantee of successful scientific activity of future specialists in industrial pharmacy.

The solution of educational and production tasks is summarized, which will contribute to the advanced practice of introducing the latest forms, methods, innovative technologies of training and production into the activities of higher education institutions. The article also offers recommendations for improving the training of future specialists in industrial pharmacy with an emphasis on an interdisciplinary approach, which is a key element of modern scientific methodology.
