Summary. The article highlights the meaningful essence of the concept of "personal mobility", its components, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of students of a comprehensive school. The basic approaches to the formation of personal mobility are analyzed.
Key factors that contribute to the formation of personal mobility and adaptation of students of a comprehensive school to educational and physical activity are identified. The most effective methods, structure and conditions of adaptation of students of a comprehensive school to educational and physical activity are distinguished. The specifics of integration of approaches and methods of formation of personal mobility of students have been studied.
The relatively effectiveness of traditional and latest methodological approaches in the formation of students' personal mobility. Recommendations have been developed on the formation of students' personal mobility.
The practical experience of applying methodological knowledge to the formation of personal mobility and adaptation of students of a comprehensive school in educational and physical activity is generalized. Generally, the levels of personal mobility formation as a functional system determines the adaptive capabilities of students to educational and physical activity formation of students' personal mobility.
Further research is recommended for improving innovative technologies and approaches to the formation of personal mobility of students of a comprehensive school.
It is summarized that the introduction of new approaches and conditions contributes to the formation of students' personal mobility
