Abstract

Summary. The article is devoted to a comparative analysis of the use of the project method in the labor training of young people in the early 1930s of the 20th century. In the context of the era of the industrial revolution and global economic instability, many countries set themselves the task of preparing the young generation for work in the conditions of new technologies and industrial changes.

The article indicates that the project method can be an effective tool for youth job training, but at the time there were limitations and uncertainties regarding its role and impact. The author hypothesizes that a comparative analysis of the use of this method in different countries in the early 1930s can reveal how sociocultural and economic conditions influenced its use and effectiveness.

The article examines in detail the possibility of using the project method in the context of youth labor training, in particular, the development and implementation of projects for the development of practical skills and understanding of various professions. It is emphasized that in the 1930s, many countries actively developed industry and technology, so the project method could be key to preparing young people to work in these areas.

It is substantiated that the project method has become an important component of labor training, with an emphasis on the development of independence and communication skills of young people. The use of the project method involved young people in practical activities, where they carried out specific projects, and were not limited to theoretical knowledge. The article also points to the positive impact of the project method on the development of communication skills, creativity and decision-making ability of young people. The application of this method in the labor training of young people is emphasized as a way of preparing young people for the challenges of real working life and increasing their practical competence.

The authors emphasize the importance of comparative analysis, covering curricula, assessment methods, and the role of teachers and instructors. It is noted that the results of such research can provide important guidelines for the development of modern educational systems and their adaptation to the requirements of the modern labor market.
