PEDAGOGICAL SKILLS AS A COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN SPECIALTY 014 (SECONDARY EDUCATION)

Abstract

Summary. The need to study the discipline «Pedagogical Mastery» in the process of training students of specialty 014 (Secondary Education) is considered.Pedagogical skills are characterized as a key element of the professional activity of future teachers, which allows not only to effectively organize the educational process, but also to adapt to various teaching conditions, taking into account the individual characteristics of students. In the context of modernization of national education, the importance of pedagogical skills for students of specialty 014 is difficult to overestimate, since it affects the success of teaching and upbringing.

Various approaches to defining pedagogical skills are analyzed, in particular, the concepts of such famous teachers as I.A. Zyazyun, O.A. Lavrinenko, O.V. Malykhin, T.L. Opalyuk, M.M. Soldatenko, O.M. Topuzov, and others. Their views emphasize the importance of combining theoretical knowledge, professional skills, abilities and personal qualities for effective pedagogical activity. Attention is also focused on such important components of pedagogical skills as didactic, communicative and organizational skills, as well as the ability to introspect and reflect. In the process of professional training of students, it is necessary to develop these qualities for a successful teaching career.

The importance of pedagogical culture, innovative activities and the use of ICT in the educational process is emphasized. It is emphasized that pedagogical skill is formed through the integration of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, as well as in the process of continuous self-development and improvement of pedagogical techniques.

The development of pedagogical adaptability, reflection and creative abilities in the process of professional training, which are important for the personality of a future teacher, is highlighted. It is concluded that the formation of students' pedagogical skills is an important stage of their professional training, which should ensure successful adaptation to changes in the educational environment and improve the quality of teaching.
