The solution to the problem of training future engineers in the ability to find effective ways to solve problems, critically analyze the knowledge gained and apply it to solve complex technical tasks is based on the use of modern achievements of pedagogical science. A special role in this is played by a personality-oriented approach when studying physical, mathematical and general technical disciplines with using information technologies.
The purpose of the article is to develop and substantiate a model of the process of organizing the educational activities of future engineers during the study of physical, mathematical and general technical disciplines using personality-oriented information technology for learning.
Methods. Pedagogical observation, conversations, interviews, questionnaires.
Results. The conceptual features and main components of the model of personality-oriented information technology for teaching physics, mathematics and general technical disciplines are presented. The main principles and criteria for selecting the content of physical, mathematical and general technical disciplines for the proposed model are presented.
Originality. An explanation of the purpose of each component of the model is provided and the factors that influence them are outlined. The algorithm for implementing this model is described.
Conclusion. The use of the proposed model of personality-oriented information technology for teaching physics, mathematics and general engineering disciplines will contribute to the effective achievement of the corresponding programmed learning outcomes and will provide the opportunity for future engineers to choose the optimal educational trajectory.
